According to Kim K the tape was meant to be private and it was released without her permission. All this hurts the whole Kardashians family and somebody should take responsibilities for that. Vivid Entertainment went dry out of the water. They payed 1 million to a third party for Kim Kardashian Tape, but refused to name the person they bought it from.
It could easily be a public stunt also, many Celebrities loves to go to court to create additional buzz. Besides, Kim Kardashian is a former pal of Paris Hilton who is a master at it.
