You might be wondering how Kardashians lawsuit finished after my post (this one)… the bad guys from Vivid won the case. But you’ve probably guessed it already, since Kim Kardashian Tape has been available for downloading for several months already.
Here are the comments from both sides about it, Vivid officials stated
“We are comfortable that we have the legal right to distribute this video, despite what others may say,” which explains that Kimberly had little to no chances in preventing her tape from release.
“Everyone is pretty disappointed and very confused as to what’s going on and who’s behind this,” was the response of Kim Kardashian. This reply does not mean a lot and proves the whole thing was a public stunt no more.
