Kim Kardashian Sex Tape Lawsuit
Guess what? Kim Kardashian actually filed a lawsuit against her Sex Tape distributors from Vivid Entertainment as if she hasn’t enjoyed all the popularity it brings to her. More so she asked for all profits and unspecified damages to her persona. What a naughty girl.
According to Kim K the tape was meant to be private and it was released without her permission. All this hurts the whole Kardashians family and somebody should take responsibilities for that. Ray J was out of the case, he was not a defendant nor a plaintiff. So who sold Kim Kardashian Superstar tape?
Vivid Entertainment went dry out of the water. They payed 1 million to a third party for Kim Kardashian Tape, but refused to name the person they bought it from.
It could easily be a public stunt also, many Celebrities loves to go to court to create additional buzz. Besides, Kim Kardashian is a former pal of Paris Hilton who is a master at it. We also have Interview in which Kimberly asks for apologize from her family. Would she do it if she was against Sex Tape release?
